About the event
As the official branch association of the Mongolia Tourism Organization (MTO), AMTA relies on the active participation of our community. This mandatory annual conference is the primary platform for members to fully leverage organizational initiatives and voice their business interests. Crucially, the priorities and consensus established during this meeting will directly shape the agenda and representation of our US-market sector at the upcoming MTO General Assembly.

2026 Operational Report: Review of this year's milestones, financial summaries, and B2B market developments.
2027 Strategic Action Plan: Unveiling upcoming projects, FAM tours, and international marketplace participation.
MTO Charter Addendum: Briefing on new legal and structural updates from the parent organization.
General Assembly Representation: Voting and appointing the official AMTA representative to advocate for our members' interests at the MTO General Assembly.
